Gladys Stone, 93

EAST LIVERPOOL – Gladys Stone, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025, at her home. She was 93 years old.

Born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, January 16, 1932, she was a daughter of the late George Ross and Verna Brown. A homemaker, she traveled the country as a missionary. She was a former member of the Greater Faith Temple.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda McCuen and her husband, Marvel, of Midland, and Debra Tucker of Beaver Falls. She also leaves seven grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Geraldine "Bootsie" Hughes, a son, Gary "Butch" Brown, and two grandchildren, Wayne Tucker and Terry Green.

A private family gathering is to be held at the Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Calcutta Cemetery.
