Glenda M. Seitz, 83

East Liverpool, Ohio — Glenda M. Seitz, 83, of East Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Caprice Healthcare Center, surrounded by her family.

Born in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late James Shenton Sr. and Pauline Hickman. Glenda was a homemaker who devoted her life to her family. Known to many as "Grandma Glenda," she was kind, welcoming, and never knew a stranger. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and the care she showed to those around her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amanda Seitz; her sisters, Rebecca "Beckee" Everett, Louise Shenton, and Nancy Carouthers; and her brothers, James "Jimmy" Shenton Jr., Dewayne Wolfe, Denna Hickman, and Roger Shenton.

She is survived by her husband, William "Butch" Seitz; her daughter, Julie Seitz; her sons, Tom Seitz and Ty Seitz (Carry); her grandchildren, Brandon Seitz (Jennifer), Michael Priebe (Abbi), Joshua Seitz, Anna Ashburn, Tenika Seitz (Cody), Taylor Seitz, Sheena Russell, Elizabeth Gibbons, Whitney Gibbons, Miranda Weyand, Starr Reed, and Cayden Adkins; and many beloved great-grandchildren. She also leaves her sister, Evelyn Hickman (Jim), her dear lifelong best friend Judy Mobley (Al), and many cherished nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Family and friends may visit Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home.
