WELLSVILLE, OHIO – Gloria J. (Gardner) Hubbard, 79, of Wellsville passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023 at her home with her family by her side.

Gloria was born in Salineville, OH on November 26, 1944 a daughter of the late Delmar and Beula (Addison) Gardner. She worked at Essex Nursing Home in Salem. Gloria loved to gamble and playing scratch off lottery tickets. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, whom she married June 23, 1979, Franklin F. "Frank" Hubbard, Jr.; daughter Jeannie Roudebush; stepson Franklin Hubbard; four brothers Bruce, David, Lawrence and Jack Gardner and sister Irene Garrett.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Christina Parrish and her husband Ray of Wellsville, Troy Huff of Wellsville and Dewayne Garrett of Washingtonville; stepchildren Michelle Torchik of Carrollton, Kimberly Brott and her husband Sanders of Seymour, IN, Kevin Hubbard and his wife Stephany of North Kingsville, OH, Steven Hubbard and his wife Jo-An of Akron and Gloria Morris of Salem; two brothers Vic Gardner and Erle Gardner; sister Dorothy Richardson and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
