Jean Joann Frank, 92

EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Jean Joann Frank, 92, of East Liverpool, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 27, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Jean was born in East Liverpool on May 28, 1933, a daughter of the late Pasquale and Anna Presutti. She worked in production at National Church until her retirement in 1985. She was a member of the former St. Ann's Catholic Church. Jean enjoyed cooking and sewing and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who valued time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Frank Sr., whom she married in 1957; her sisters, Belinda Presutti and Doris Bishop; and her brothers, Orlando Presutti, Degga Presutti, and Joseph Presutti.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jena Bowersock and her husband, Tim; her son, Anthony Frank Jr.; her cherished granddaughters, Paige Kelleher, Marisa Smith, and Ciara Lang; her great-grandsons, Maddon Hipsley, Cohen Lang, Noah Smith, and Kayden Smith; and a great-granddaughter on the way, Gracie Jean Kelleher. She is also survived by her sister, Ann Palmer, as well as her best friend and caregiver, Melissa Backus, whose kindness, support, and compassionate care were deeply appreciated by Jean and her family. Jean loved her very much.

A private service was held by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
