Jeffrey R. Billingsley, 62

EAST LIVERPOOL – Jeffrey Ross Billingsley, beloved son, brother, and uncle, passed away on July 23, 2024, at the age of 61, in his hometown of East Liverpool, Ohio. Jeff is the son of Dolores and WG Billingsley and a loving brother to Curt Billingsley and Amy (JP) Wildman. He was a devoted uncle to his nephews Benjamin (Kelsey) Wagner, Ethan (Sharon) Wagner, and Jacob Wagner.

Jeff found joy in gardening, spending time outdoors, and being with friends. His love for nature and his warm, friendly smile will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Dawson Funeral Home.
