EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Joann Taylor, 82, of East Liverpool passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Valley Oaks Care Center.

Joann was born in East Liverpool on April 25, 1942, a daughter of the late Demaree and Mary (Marshall) Burns. She worked as a salesclerk at Hills Department Store and Walmart. Joann was a member of Dave and Deb's Club. She loved her dogs.

Preceding Joann in death were her husband William "Moose" Taylor; brother Robert W. "Bob" Burns and sister-in-law Judy Burns.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons Ron Taylor and Bill Taylor and his wife Robin; three grandchildren Stephanie, Sydney and Samantha; four great grandsons Bryson, Carson, Jayden and Silas; brother Ronald W. Burns; Brian Mason whom she considered a son and many nieces and nephews.

A private service was held at the Dawson Funeral Home.
