Kathy Jordan, 57

EAST LIVERPOOL – Katherine L. Jordan, of East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Friday, September 16, 2022, near Deep Creek, Maryland. She was 57.

Born in East Liverpool, February 17, 1965, she is a daughter of Rick and Janet Carnes Mathias of Columbiana. A member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 1983, she continued her education at Kent State and Youngstown State Universities. For twenty years, she worked at the Fiesta Tableware Company in the office. She enjoyed camping and vacationing at the beach with her husband, family and friends but above all things in life she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Rodney L. Jordan, at home. The couple married October 15, 2016. She also is survived by her children: Connor McKenzie and her fiancé Mychael Poole, Kole McKenzie and his wife, Haley, Britney Reed and her husband, Josh, and Taylar Jordan, Kylie Wright and her husband, Justin, and Stephanie Davis and her husband, Brian, along with twelve grandchildren: Karsyn and Kennedy McKenzie, Mikayla, Malachi, Kenzie, Peyton, Keegan, Zuri, Gavin, Grant, Grady and Owen.

She also leaves behind a sister, Michelle Davis and her husband, Paul, and a brother, James Mathias and his wife, Kristen, as well as nieces and nephews: Mackenzie, Clay, Madison and Rachel.

She was preceded in death by her grandson Kaden M. Davis.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A family friend will conduct a funeral service Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.
