Lulu Mae Brown Coplin, 92

EAST LIVERPOOL – Lulu Mae Brown Coplin, of Glenmoor, passed away Friday morning, July 12, 2024, at the Calcutta Health Care Center. She was 92.

Born in Bellaire, Ohio, June 10, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Martha Gossett Brown. A devoted homemaker and mother, she had worked at the Glenmoor Superette at one time.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur "Potter Pete" Coplin in 2013. The couple married November 18, 1950. She was also preceded by a great-grandson Kyle Miller.

Two sons survive, Thomas E. Coplin and his wife, Pattie, and Jerry C. Coplin and his fiancée, Pam, all of East Liverpool, as well as four grandchildren, Thomas Dory Coplin and his wife, Ericka, Kelli Ann Beaver and her husband, Clint, Kasie Marie Murphy and her husband, David, and Lindsey Nicole Miller and her husband, Charlie. There are also two step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and two brothers, Earl Brown, Jr. and Ronald Brown.

Family and friends may visit Monday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor Larry Rose will conduct a funeral service Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
