WELLSVILLE, OHIO – Margaret L. Jackman, 88, of Wellsville went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Margaret was born in New Somerset, Ohio on January 22, 1936 a daughter of the late Edson W. and Muriel A. (Williams) Carson. She was a graduate of Jefferson Union High School Class of 1954. Margaret helped her husband in ministry as a pastor's wife for 20 years at the Glenmoor Apostolic Church. She was very outgoing, loved to help anyone in need and never met a stranger. Margaret was best known for her cinnamon rolls. She was a loving mother and grandmother that dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren.

Preceding Margaret in death were her husband of 64 years Robert J. Jackman; two brothers and six sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Denise Resanovich and Jill P. Holler and her husband Darin; son Stephen R. Jackman and his wife Angela; granddaughter, whom she helped raise, Stefanie L. Colaizzi and her husband Gianni; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law Nancy Boyd and Gerry Jackman; beloved dog Polly and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Monday where the family will be present from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pastor Ronald Boyd will conduct a service at the Funeral Home on Monday at 2 p.m. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Immediately following the service, the family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
