WESTLAKE, OHIO – Nancy L. Miller, 77, of Lorain, Ohio formerly of Wellsville, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025, at UH St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio.

Nancy was born on March 27, 1948, in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late Robert S. and Roberta W. (Dallas) Hamilton. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1966. Nancy worked as a cashier and office manager at Hills Department Store, the former IGA in Wellsville and Walmart. Nancy was a loving mother and grandmother and her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family. She enjoyed playing bingo and working puzzles. She also enjoyed cooking and baking and loved hanging out with her favorite little dog, Chica.

Preceding Nancy in death was her sister Roberta Helfrich.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Jeff Miller and his wife Lisa of Sheffield Village, OH; two granddaughters Lindsey Miller and her fiancé Brandon O'Neill of Green, Ohio and Ava Miller of Erie, PA (Kevin Skweres). Brother, Bob Hamilton and his wife Jean, formerly of Boardman now in Ocala Fl. and their daughter Janice Hamilton with her life partner of over 20 years Matt Whitler. Brother-in-law, William Helfrich originally of Wellsville and now in Delaware Oh, his children Deborah Helfrich and Bill Helfrich with his life partner of over 30 years Jaime Seachrist; as well as many cousins and other extended family members.

Friends may visit Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 3 to 6 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery of St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ will conduct a funeral service on Friday at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Private burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
