PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – Nancy L. Zernich, 76, of East Liverpool passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nancy was born in East Liverpool on April 19, 1948 a daughter of the late John and Elsie (Powell) Moore. She was a retired mental health nurse and was most recently working at Parkview Counseling Center. Nancy was very proud of her nursing career and was very dedicated to her patients. Nancy was a loving mother and will be sadly missed by her daughters.

Preceding Nancy in death were her husband Milton Zernich; three sisters Betty Ann Spencer, Thelma Dunn and Mary Moore and three brothers Roy, John and Robert Moore.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Nicole Zernich and her partner Stephen W. Logston and Heather Zernich; friend and caregiver of seven years, Linda Maharick and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Monday where the family will be present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Very Rev. Rajko Kosic of Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church will conduct a service at the Funeral Home on Monday at 1 p.m. Burial at Riverview Cemetery.
