PITTSBURGH – Natalie Ann Szpyrka, of New Manchester, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was 24 years old.

Born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, August 15, 2000, she was a daughter of John and Bonnie Reid Szpyrka of New Manchester. Natalie graduated from Oak Glen High School where she was a member of the soccer and track teams. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish. Her passion in life was fitness and she worked as a personal trainer both locally and in Arizona. She also participated in body building competitions where she earned numerous first place awards.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Emily Perkins and her husband, Roger, of North Carolina, and Molly Szpyrka at home, and a brother, Joshua Szpyrka of Imperial as well as a nephew, Quinton Perkins. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Sally Reid of New York.

Fr. Leo Wehrlin will conduct a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Parish. Friends may visit Tuesday evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
