SEBRING, FLORIDA – Phemie Ann Tullis, 82, of Lake Placid, Florida formerly of East Liverpool passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring, FL. She was born in Hammondsville, Ohio on November 13, 1941 a daughter of the late George I. and Roxie M. (Howell) Cronin.

Phemie took pride in being a teacher and an entrepreneur. She started and operated several successful businesses. Phemie has been a resident of Sebring, FL since 2013. She was protestant by faith. Phemie was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed going to yard sales, traveling, loved to cook and was a hard worker. Phemie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and Christian. She will be forever missed by her family and friends

Preceding Phemie in death were her sister Paulette Patterson and four brothers Clarence, Ellis "Bud", Lonnie and Barry Cronin.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 63 years, whom she married September 15, 1960, Larry Tullis; two daughters Lori A. Tullis and Susan M. Walter and her husband Thomas; three grandchildren Joston DaGrava, Lara Finney and Katie Sue Kosut; three great grandchildren Lily, Addison and Lydia; sister Shirley Downard and brother Robert Cronin.

A private committal service was held at Riverview Cemetery.
