East Liverpool, OH – Ronald E. "Ron" Miller, 67, of East Liverpool passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh with his family by his side.

Ron was born in East Liverpool on August 1, 1957 a son of the late Zackery "Jack" and Mable (Allen) Miller. He was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1975. Ron worked as a press operator at the Ferro Corporation. Ron loved all his grandchildren and after his retirement he enjoyed attending their sporting events to cheer them on.

Preceding Ron in death were his great granddaughter Amelia Pelley and sister Linda S. Simmons.

Left to cherish Ron's memory are his wife of 48 years, whom he married on April 3, 1976, Deb L. (Starkey) Miller; daughter Brandie Pelley and her husband Brian; son Brian Miller and his wife Abbie; four grandchildren Nykolas Pelley and his wife Leah, Alex Pelley and his companion Aerianna Gore, Bristan Pelley and his companion Jasmine Rhodes and Kamdin Miller; four great grandchildren Finley, Farrah, Zayla and Raelynn Pelley.

Family and friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Saturday where the family will be

present from 1 to 5 p.m. Pastor Mike Direnzo will conduct a service at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 5 p.m. Burial at Calcutta U.P. Cemetery.

Immediately following the service, the family will gather at Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
