EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Sharon L. Gilkinson, 80, of East Liverpool passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Trinity West Medical Center in Steubenville.

Sharon was born in Point Pleasant, WV on February 4, 1943 a daughter of the late Willard E. and Luella M. (Spriggs) Fellure. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1961. Sharon owned and operated Gilkinson's Drive Thru and Short Stop with her husband. She enjoyed going to Jamboree in the Hills. Sharon was a loving wife, mother; grandmother and great grandmother.

Preceding Sharon in death was her son David "D.L." Gilkinson, Jr. and two brothers John and Bill Fellure.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 62 years, whom she married November 24, 1961, David L. Gilkinson; two daughters Tammy S. Pigott and Kendra R. Gilkinson; three grandchildren Patty Osborn, Becky Pigott and Justin Mays; seven great grandchildren; sister Helen Smith and brother Randy Fellure.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Saturday where the family will be present from 4 to 6 p.m. Brian Farnsworth will conduct a service at the funeral home on Sunday at 11 a.m. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
