EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Tiarra "T" S. Kiger, 28, of East Liverpool passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022 in Tennessee.

Tiarra was born in East Liverpool on January 4, 1994. She was a very outgoing and vibrant person. Tiarra liked to sing and travel and was constantly moving about as a free spirit.

Preceding Tiarra in death were her stepdad Michael Stoffel.

Left to cherish her memory are her four children; mother Amanda (Wilson) Kiger-Stoffel of East Liverpool; father Gregory Scott Kiger of Hookstown, PA; two brothers Jedidiah Wilson of East Liverpool and Gregory Kiger and his wife Ellen of East Liverpool; sister-in-law Courtney Wilson Sugg of Wallace, NC and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may visit Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 3 to 6 p.m. Rev. Douglas and Daniel Winston will conduct a funeral service Tuesday 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family has requested that those attending the service to come as you are.

Immediately following the service please join the family for a time of fellowship at Terry Davis's Home, 616 Westfield Road, East Liverpool.
