EAST LIVERPOOL, OHIO – Vickie L. Carnahan, 68, of East Liverpool, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Vickie was born in East Liverpool on October 9, 1957, a daughter of the late Richard "Spike" and Sue A. (Lott) Watson. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1975. Vickie worked in the office at Hall China. She was a Michigan football fan and enjoyed working in her yard. She was an avid fan of the tv show Yellowstone.

Preceding Vickie in death were her son Shea Carnahan and brother Danny Watson, Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are her son Jacob Carnahan; brother Richard O. Watson, Jr. and two sisters Debbie Pucci and her husband Frank and Peggy Roe and her husband Larry.

A private service was held at the Dawson Funeral Home.
