Willard E. "Bud" Gilkison, Jr.

EAST LIVERPOOL– Willard E. Gilkison, Jr., of East Liverpool passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025, at his home. He was 67 years old.

Willard was born in Salem and was a son of the late Willard E. Gilkison Sr. and Janice "Jane" Duncan Gilkison.

A 1976 graduate of Beaver Local High School and a proud Eagle Scout in his youth, Willard found joy in life's small pleasures. He had a deep love for his cats and cherished the companionship they provided. A devoted parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, his faith was a steady presence throughout his life.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister Lisa Cameron and her husband Carl of Bridgeport, WV; brother, Todd Gilkison and his wife Tammy of East Liverpool; and nephew, Landen Cameron and his wife Carsynn of Bridgeport, WV.

A graveside service will be held at Columbiana County Memorial Park on Wednesday at 11 a.m., officiated by Father Bala Marneni of Holy Trinity Parish.
