TREE OF REMEMBRANCE

The Dawson Funeral Home will conduct its Tree of Remembrance Service Sunday, December 3rd, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home’s chapel. The service is open to the public and honors and remembers loved ones who have passed away. Families who have submitted loved one's names online will be read during the service.  A remembrance keepsake will be available after the service for those in attendance.

“We are honored to once again offer this service to those in our community” said funeral director Dike Dawson of the event. Rev. Greg Mead of the First Evangelical Presbyterian Church in East Liverpool will provide uplifting words of comfort and hope. Special holiday music will be provided by the East Liverpool High School Show Choir, led by director Aaron Bunfill.  Dawson continued “We’re excited to have Pastor Greg  participating in this event and I'm excited for the school's new show choir to perform.”

The service has been a tradition for over 30 years. The Dawson Funeral Home recognizes that this time of year can be difficult for those experiencing the loss of a loved one. The holidays and other memorable moments can be triggers of grief making this time of year difficult. This service can be a meaningful way to remember your loved one as we approach this holiday season.
