Obituary for Berlie L. Barton
Berlie L. Barton, of Seville, Ohio passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Medina General Hospital following a brief illness. He was 83.
Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, April 27, 1931, he was a son of the late Rev. Berlie L. and Audra Jones Barton.
His wife, Norma George Barton, of Charlotte, North Carolina, survives, as well as a daughter, Rhonda L. Barton Bell, and her husband Jay, along with three grandsons: Michael J. Bell, Nathaniel B. Bell and his wife, Holly, and Corey L. Bell, also of Charlotte.
A resident of the Medina, Ohio, area for 37 years, Berlie was a safety and health engineer, owning his own companies following a career with the Union Carbide Company.
He was a former member of the Northview United Methodist Church of Clarksburg.
Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
Arrangements are by the Dawson Funeral Home in East Liverpool, Ohio.
