Obituary for Marjorie Ferrebee Watson (Ferrebee)

EAST LIVERPOOL - Marjorie L. Watson, of Curry Street, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015 at her home. She was 74.

Born in Dodridge County, West Virginia, August 19, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin I. and Lona B. Gaines Ferrebee. Protestant by faith and an East Liverpool High School graduate, she worked as a hostess at the Waterford Park Club House Dining Room at one time.

Her husband, Larry F. Watson, preceded her in death on June 13, 2009.

Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Watson-Smith, and her husband Doug, of Lisbon, and a son, Larry C. “Dink” Watson, and his wife Lisa, of East Liverpool. There are two grandchildren, Eric Watson, and his wife Leann, of Pickerington, Ohio and Erin Watson of East Liverpool.

She is also survived by three sisters, Linda Davis, and her husband Gene, of Grove City, Ohio, Judy Zakovich of Lisbon, and Denise Ferrebee of East Liverpool, along with two brothers, Willard Ferrebee, and his wife Jean, of East Liverpool, and Walter Ferrebee of Virginia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, infant Roger Ferrebee and Joseph Ferrebee.

Friends may visit Monday evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.

Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Dawson Family Center for fellowship.
