The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jerry Adams can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Our old SOHIO days

I met Jerry when i worked at Sohio gas station in Salem in the early 80's, His business was across the street & he lived upstairs, one of my first memories was him having an old Harley tore apart in his livingroom, i said to myself this guys pretty cool! we had many crazy nights in an old van he had all chopped up, i remember riding around in the back of it in a lawn chair. We stayed in touch when he moved the business to Calcutta, and i would run into to him once in awhile at a gas station or Walmart and other places, always with a big smile on his face, and he would bring up some story of our crazy days, just seen him in the fall, im very sad to hear of his passing, he was a good friend, i will miss his smile and stories Rest in peace old friend, Todd "Oakster" Oaks
