The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Juanita Wood can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Aunt Neetie

Aunt Neetie will be remembered fondly and with much love. She was my Mother, Emma (Cunningham) Doolittle's youngest sister. Aunt Neetie and Uncle Hatch (Robert E Cunningham) were always there for my Mom helping her to be able to travel back and forth from her retirement home in Florida back to New York. They always stopped at my house for a day or two during this journey and I treasure the memories of those visits. When my brother and I were kids we always went "out home" to Gram's house for summer vacation. With all the Aunts and Uncles and cousins we filled Gram's house nearly to bursting. I have often said we were quite a clan! I remember the grandchildren all staying at Gram's house and Aunt Neetie was always there in the evenings when she came home from work. Aunt Neetie worked hard, laughed loud, and loved her son Mark with all her heart. In the years since my Mom's passing I often turned to Aunt Neetie when I needed a talk. We were always on the phone for at least an hour and she always ends saying, "I love you honey". I love you too Aunt Neetie and I will miss you.
