William J. Heaton, 59

EAST LIVERPOOL – William J. Heaton, 59, of Ohio Avenue, passed away at the East Liverpool City Hospital early Friday afternoon, December 18, 2015.

A son of the late Gilbert Heaton, he was born on January 14, 1956 in East Liverpool.

Prior to becoming ill Bill had worked at Perorazios Auto Body in East Liverpool.

His mother, Thelma Hedden Heaton Wright survives him, as does his wife, Mary Osburn Heaton, and two daughters, Veronica Parnell, and her husband Thomas, of Sharpsville, PA, and Andrea Heaton of East Liverpool, as well as his two step-grandchildren, Andrew and MacKenzie Parnell.

Bill is also survived by his brother Gilbert Heaton, and two sisters, Margaret Wright and JoAnn Smith, all of East Liverpool. In addition he has a step-sister, Ruth Allison, and two step-brothers, Rich and Phillip Frame.

Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Wednesday, where the family will be present from 10 to 11 a.m.

Pastor Norm Eckert of the Beechwood Free Methodist Church will conduct the funeral service to be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.
