Condolence: Dear Art and Dave,
I was sad to hear of the passing of your mom. She was a good friend and neighbor to the Simmen Family. I remember her hearty laughter. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Dave & Art,

My Dad and I were saddened to hear of the passing of your mother. Both of your parents were such good friends of my parents. I believe all were in the same graduation class at ELHS.

I remember the loving support they provided to us through our years growing up. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful memories. BLHS would never have played a night football game if it weren't for the hard work our parents did in raising the funds to light the field. They were and still are the "Greatest Generation." Such strong family commitment!

Please know that you and your families are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Blessings

Condolence: Artie & Davie: Your mom was a good neighbor and friend to us for the decade of the sixties, when we were your next-door neighbors. Her physical strength and athleticism, which put her shots out in front along the golf course, no doubt contributed to her longevity too. Now those good genes--with the tall & strong ones from your dad--have placed several sturdy and swift frames on varsity football fields and running tracks, beginning with the two of you. May your tribe increase and be blessed. We can honor our parents by being the best we can be, living honorably and facing each day courageously.

Condolence: Dear Art and Dave,
I have many fond memories of your mother from our years on Ridgeview Drive. I was saddened to hear that she too has passed. Maybe our parents can get a bridge game going in heaven now that Nancy has finally joined them. Please accept my deepest condolences.
Sincerely, Joy Simmen
